QUICK WORKOUTS WHICH MAKES YOU FIT IN DURING THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR

Nowadays, Even in holidays – you can’t be able to get free time to do quick workouts, because you can still be working at home towards your goals. But you have to do a great workout for a minimum of 15-20 minutes with an AMRAP(Am Many Raps As Possible).

You have to set a timer on your phone for 20 minutes. Perform the repetitions of each exercise, And once you have completed the last exercise, you have to start back from the first again. Repeat these exercises as many times as you can able to do within a time limit.

Strength Workout-

(1 meduim to heavy weight dumbbell needed)

⦁ 10 plank dips(each side)
⦁ 10 kneel to stands(each side)
⦁ 10 pushups
⦁ 10 lateral lunges(each side)
⦁ 10 2point row(each side)

Quick Workout (Low-Impact) –

2 dumbbells needed(light-weighted)

⦁ 30-sec plank
⦁ 10 goblet squats
⦁ 20 step-back burpees
⦁ 20 reverse lunges(each side)
⦁ 15 dumbbell floor presses


Quick Cardio Workout

AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible) – 15 minutes
⦁ 20 skaters
⦁ 20 mountain climbers
⦁ 20 burpees
⦁ 20 touchdown squats
⦁ 20 bodyweight squats
Push yourself to do these exercises in minimum 1-minute rest(in a single exercise)
