Above all these questions is depends upon person to person. But in the following, here are the reasons with a great opinion in which you can able to do the workout anywhere, within 25 minutes.
- Time – All of you know that finding a time to do workout will be difficult. But, if you manage just 25 minutes in your day, you’ll get much better results in great shape.
- Wellness- Nowadays, working out is essential if you want to stay healthier. If you manage only 25 minutes all day.
25 MINUTES DAILY BODY-WEIGHT WORKOUT –
You have to do this exercises with a moderate pace with very limited rest.
You have to perform each set with in a single minute rest –
- 100 jumping jacks

- 25 Plank with arm lift (each arm)

- 25 Plank with leg lift (each leg)

- 25 single leg bridges (each leg)

- 25 chair step-ups(each leg)

- 25 Push-Ups (3 sets in different variations)

You can give a break, maximum for a single minute (preferable 30-40 sec.)
