Is it better to work out in the mornings?
Can I able to do a workout after work?

Fact –

Above all these questions is depends upon person to person. But in the following, here are the reasons with a great opinion in which you can able to do the workout anywhere, within 25 minutes.

  • Time – All of you know that finding a time to do workout will be difficult. But, if you manage just 25 minutes in your day, you’ll get much better results in great shape.
  • Wellness- Nowadays, working out is essential if you want to stay healthier. If you manage only 25 minutes all day.

25 MINUTES DAILY BODY-WEIGHT WORKOUT –

You have to do this exercises with a moderate pace with very limited rest.

You have to perform each set with in a single minute rest –

  • 25 Push-Ups (3 sets in different variations)
